am trained at St. john's College, Annapolis and the classics and your analyze of Mr Dylan's insistent set list and earlier concerts sets a ritualistic context in a demonic, secular culture, politics, and religion..to be quiet, to listening the voice of Calliope, i.e., the Holy Spirit...or as he prayer sang in the last two Japanese concerts...only a river of the Holy Spirit can make things right; only a river that flowed from Genesis in every Bible verse to the end of the Book of Revelation will make and shape our character like a music river of life flowing into our inner most being to shape our character, and make us all like the prototype for all character perfection and love and goodness...Jesus Christ. I think you are on target here...but as we know ritualistic performance and religious practices can become dead and habit and empty and vain...and as mr. dylan says in Key West...I am looking for inspiration/down in the sands/on the horizon line of Key West....if there's an original idea out there now/I sure could use it thus, he must cross the Rubicon, battle like the generals and the current warrior-bride in the Book of Revelation...to crush the head of the serpent to birth a new song, new day, and New Jerusalem as the False Prophet songs says...ah you poor devil...that city is rising there on the hill know and it will soon rattle your windows and shake up the halls for the times they are achanging.
